thunderstorms this morning so i slept in, ruth decided she would go with me and ride her bike as i ran, thank goodness she was there, it was so rough. it was crazy humid and the sun was out for several miles. thanfully by the end the clouds were back overhead because the sun was brutal. not sure i would have made it without walking if ruthie hadn't come with me. so hot. i hate running during the day!
