this was supposed to be a six mile out and back. but i didn't know that yesterday when I fast finished my long run. and i never had time to roll out my legs yesterday and then stayed up late, so i woke up sore today. i decided to just change it to a farlek instead. but as i started running my hip flexor was talking to me, my hamstring was sore and my calf was slow to warm up. after two pick ups i decided to just run home, took a mile off the route and just ran instead. and ended up feeling great
