heavy leg day, four sets of
back squats - 45 lb bar, plus 20lbs, plus 10 lbs, plus 5 lbs, plus 7lbs
leg press - not sure how much weight he added to this one, but it was heavy
dead lift - 45 lb bar, plus 70 lbs, plus 20 lbs
skaters
