half mile warm up, then sumos, tin soldiers, butt kickers, high knees, knee pull to chest
4 sets of .2 mile followed by 4 sets of .1 mile wearing the black bands around my legs
2 sets of .2 mile followed by 2 sets of .1 mile with no bands
got a horrific burn from the bands on my inner thigh above my knees. awful. burned all day long. couldn't even take a shower!!
