plank work today, we did several sets of rolling an 8 lb ball back and forth while holding a plank and also doing rows in the plank position. then we did lots of abs, side plank crunches, suitcases and hanging leg lifts. then i ended with three sets of laying on my stomach on a box, and lifting my legs up
