we got the boxes out and did four sets of alternating on the boxes with a partner, first set was lateral box blasts with plank taps for fourty seconds each

second was box taps alternating feet with tricep dips

third was box blasts with trotations

fourth was knee tucks with plank hold

everything was forty seconds, and we did three sets of everything
