first workout back since i got sick and it was rough. not a hard workout but i was shakey by the end of the it and ready to be done. megan massaged my hamstrings, it band and calves before class. hurdles which was pretty easy, then a set of standing rows with the bands and jumping jacks...felt okay through that. then a tough ab set at the end and that about did me in
