Notes
couple of things, i got up at five and tried to run but it was to slushy and slick so i went home and went back to bed
i had two cups of coffee and a bowl of oatmeal around nine.
it was a great run, rocky start, but i never run during the day so i figured i would be off and i started out much faster than normal. but i wonder if that oatmeal actually helped me in the end. effort was steady but i was running about nine minute pace for the last half and felt fine, that hasn't happened in my early morning runs...and i wonder if those carbs gave me some much needed energy, will consider taking a gel before i leave the house
