lots of lightening, but tired of running inside and then NOT being stormy out, so went out anyway, very humid and windy. wind picked up halfway through and i turned the five miles into four. lots of lightening on my way back. did a mile warm up, 2.5 miles with six pick ups and a half mile cool down
