RI's said train but don't strain. i was looking forward to a great run since the weather changed so much since my last effort out, i was hoping to have a really solid run to prep for next weekend's half marathon tune up race. i ran the trail since a large part of the half will be on a trail. i felt great, especially the the first half of the run, it wasn't until the last three or four miles that i had to concentrate. i was definitely tired by the end and jogged the last mile to cool down. i ran by effort so i am a bit disappointed by my paces...but oh well. i think i might be a bit dehydrated. actually looked at the paces closer and i did run significantly better the second half, probably could have pushed a bit more at the start
