10x400 at mile pace w/75s rest at Hoover HS with Speed Group. Ran 8 with 75s rest, took a 3 min break, and then did 2 more. Legs felt really strong through 6 and I wasn't expecting to get even close to this and 150m was in the wind each lap as well. Great confidence builder going into GBM.
