Last easy long run. Ran 2 x 4 mi at easy pace 1 mi at gmp. Legs felt great but I am still trying to figure out how to run the marathon in a week, such as do I take the hills at 7 min miles and hope to make up the 2 min later, or should I run at a 6:52 pace, and only have to make up 1:12 later? Still trying to figure it out but it should come and I should also run based on feel.
