Notes

Run outside at home. I had only planned on doing 10 mi this morning but right when I started running, I immediately felt better and decided to see how I felt after 13 or 14. I ended up running 14.1, took a 2 minute break (included in time above (7:16 min/mi if not included)), then finished up very strong. The last 4.4 mi were sub 7s. After a few weeks struggling to find my groove and get into a routine (dead week, finals week, and spring break all have a lot to do with this), I finally felt really good today and hope to do 23-24 mi next Tuesday.
