Run at Hoover HS. 8x400m at mile pace with 400m recovery and 1min rest between intervals. Legs felt great through 6 and hit great times. Wanted 6x1k but inside lane was taken so did the 400s in lane 5. Ran all 8 and felt good...wasn't dead. I didn't feel I was really sprinting either and that I left a little out on the track every lap.
