mile repeats: warm up 2mi, 6x1mi @ 6:00, 800m jog between each mile. Cool down 1mi. Ran at Drake Stadium. This run felt good. I was stiff for the warm up but I felt super strong towards the end (legs, heart and lungs, and mentally). After Tuesday's bad run, this one built a little confidence back. Really windy though...strong gusts last half lap for 46 laps!
