2 warm up, 5 at 5:50s, 1 cool down. Run on treadmill at Bell. Ran 2.5 at 10.2 (5:52s), 1.5 at 10.3 (5:49) and last at 10.4 (5:45), increased incline every 2 miles. Legs felt good and tired at the end but not dead. Great confidence builder after Saturday's run. Ran the 5 in 29:11!
