Notes
3 mi warm up, 2 mi progression to ghmp, 3 mi at ghmp, and 1 mi cool down. Legs started really sluggish until about mile 4. Then they worked great and arms were in unison again too. After being sick I really did have a little rust but it worked out quickly. Now easy tomorrow and a good night's sleep to ensure I don't relapse on my cold.
