200,200,400,800,1600,800,400,200,200 ladder workout at Churchhill HS. Run felt good but legs were dead by the first 800. I don't have the turnover nor the endurance anymore to hold quick paces. Cold air on the lungs surely didn't help either, but I am satisfied with the run overall, especially the improvement on the way down.
