Notes

Run at home. Ran 13.1 then about a 3 min break for water and finished. This run was even better than last weeks! It was sunny today but it made the run so enjoyable. I am really enjoying long runs again now that I am not constantly checking my Garmin for pace or distance. I just run and it seems to be paying off. Also the Gatorade Pro appears to be working really well for long runs.
