800m repeats: warm up 2mi, 10x800m @ 10K pace (3:03), 400 m recovery between each. Cool down 1mi. Hard workout. Tried to keep 800s at 6:00 pace; I booked a little ahead for all except the first one. Legs felt great up until about the 8th or 9th repeat, and were shaking and really beat after this workout. Definitely doing palates tonight.
