Notes

Run with Anna's Jog/Run Class. Run 6x400m cutdowns with 1-2min recovery between. Ran 1:32, 1:26, 1:20, 1:19, 1:15, and 1:12. Legs felt good as I got 10 hours of sleep last night. I should be ok for the hill workout tonight.
