Notes

Run outside by house. Ran 13.1, took a 3ish min water break and then finished. I was pretty impressed with this run since I ran 10 on Tuesday. This run definitely gave me motivation for the marathon since it was at a fast pace for a good distance. 3:15 doesn't seem so far out of reach now.
