Ran based soley on feel. Ran first 5 mi in 30:30ish and decided to keep running from feel. Since I didn't know km paces, I just ran and tried to catch groups in front of me. Passed 12 people after the 10k mark and got an unofficial 10k PR of 37:52. Really happy with the run, but hoping my left hamstring/hip/ITband doesn't pay the price the rest of the week.
