Run at Hoover HS. Warm up and cool down with 2x1200m w/400m recovery, 2x500m w/300m recovery, 2x300m with 100m recovery. By the 300s I was hurting. It was cold out (15 degrees) and lungs burned too bad to do 4x300s. Happy with it though It really pushed me.
