Notes
Run at home. Ran 14.1, took 4 minutes for water and stretching (not included in time) and then finished. This run was much better than the one last week where I needed two breaks and was dead the last 4 miles. I felt pretty strong throughout most of this run and am having a little more fun without the Garmin today and just ran as I saw fit, not based on a pace.
