Run on treadmill at Bell Center. 2 mi warm up, 5 mi of fartlek of 7/3 min, .5 mi cool down. Ran at 1.5 incline and 5:42, 5:39, and 5:30 pace for the hards. Covered 5 mi in 30 min for the fartleks! Legs felt great.
