Notes
Loop the Lake race. Started out about 28 with slight wind. Ran 5:47, 5:52, 5:53, 6:00, and 5:52 miles. Really happy with the race with little to no hamstring issues before or in the few hours afterward. I was tired by mile 3, but I was able to hold on and push through the tiredness. Cold caused more shortness of breath than I am used to, but legs were still the limiter of this race. I'm very happy with where I'm at though.
