Run at Raccoon Lake. Warm up 4 mi, 6 mi at ghmp, 1 mi cool down. It was 95% humidity outside and 72; I was soaked after the warm up, so I'm happy that I was able to push 4.3 miles and then the 1.7 at a hard pace. I gunned for 6:15s, 6:10s, and 6:05s every two miles.
