2 mi warm up, and 6.4 mi of 7 min hard/ 3 min easy fartleks. Made 2 laps around Raccoon Lake. First 3.2 took 19:50 and the second 3.2 took 20:23. Then cool down 1 mile. Overall, legs felt great but it was really hot out and I was huffing and puffing towards the end.
