Des Moines Marathon. I ran with Frank until mile 18 when I pulled away. I never got passed, but passed about 5 guys between miles 21 and 24. Legs felt strong even through the end, but I was ready to stop. I ran through water stations too; first marathon without even walking. I ran conservatively until about mile 20, when I felt like I was running 6:35s as planned, but I really picked it up. I'm really impressed with my 6:08 last mile. Hills didn't bother me at all; I probably could have picked up the pace at mile 17, but I knew if I pulled back I would make the 2:55.
