Notes
Warm up 3 mi, 4 at gmp+5s, 4 at gmp, 4 at gmp-5s, 2 ghmp. Ran with Capital Striders on Water Works Trail out to 100th and back. Run went really well. Legs felt great and I stopped for a quick drink after each segment. I was really happy with how much I had in the tank and how well it went. It was cool this morning too, so I think that has a lot to do with it.
