Notes

Ran 11.86 miles, took a 5 minute break for strectching, drinking, and Sharkie shots. Then finished up. First long run since leaving for Philippines. A little slower pace at the start really let me speed up at the end, but my quads hurt! Heart and lungs feel fine but need to build leg muscle for the marathon.
