Notes

Long run on bike path. Ran 9, drank some water, went to 13.5, ate a GU, went to 15, drank Gatorade, went to 17.25, drank water and finished. It go hot after the 15...hence the added stops, but overall I'm happy with the pace and how my legs responded. Tired afterwards, but I was able to push through heat and exhaustion to the 20... definitely a confidence building run.
