Notes

2 mile warm up, 5x1000m cut-downs with cut-down recovery between (400m. 300m, 200m, 100m). It was humid and I wish I could have pushed that last 1km faster, but I'm still happy with the results and the knee holding up great (no pain or achy-ness at all).
