Notes
3 warmup, 3.25 mi of 2 min hard 1 min easy, 1 cool down. Ran the first 3 in 22 min, then did 7 rounds of fartleks in 20 min for 3.25 mi, then a cool down mile. I saw Dr. Aaron today and he really worked my front hips. I noticed my stride was really long today at every pace so I will definitely stretch front hips until the marathon.
