Run on treadmill at Bell Center. 3 mile warm up, then 2x3.5mi at tempo pace with 1 mi recovery. Wanted to do 1 mile cool down, but had a bad side stitch I was fighting since mile 2. When I stopped to let it pass my legs turned to jello. First run in a week was actually good and felt good once up to pace, but last 1.5 mi at tempo pace was pretty rough.
