Notes
2 mi warm up, 4 miles of 5 min hard/2 min easy fartlek, 2 mi cool down. Ran on the bike path with Parker in the stroller. The thing was ok but a little awkward since only one arm swings. Triceps hurt wicked bad from trying to turn it on the path.
