Notes

5x 1km with 800m recovery. Ran at Hoover HS track. It was raining and pretty cold so I wore tights for the first time this season. Legs felt great and this is the first time I have felt strong since the Victoria half. Hamstring felt great after warm up and form drills. Stride felt relaxed and even and aerobically really fit.
