Notes
1st Run of Anna's Half Marathon Training. Did 2 mi warm up, 2 mi at mp, 2 at ghmp, and 2 faster than ghmp. Legs were tired between 4 and 6 but felt good the last two. I was pushing pretty hard and it was a little cold today (27 with wind so felt around 18-20). Happy with the run overall.
