Run on treadmill at Bell Center. Warm up and cool down 1 mi with 1000m hard, easy jog to finish mile, 2mi fartlek of 1min hard (5:42s) 1 min easy (6:40s), easy jog and 1000m hard. First run in a long time I felt like myself again. I pushed it hard, but could have gone much harder. Hoping this feeling goes through the weekend!
