Easy for 5 mi, then 4 mi of 4 min hard(er) 2 min easy fartleks. 1 mile cool down. Just went by feel for fartleks thinking about marathon pace. Ran 4.1 mi in 26:30 (6:28s) so I'm really pleased with that. Legs felt great and wasn't fatigued at all.
