hills: warm up 3mi, 16x400m surges @ half marathon pace (1:32), easy jog recovery back down, cool down 1mi. Ran up Madison from Tai Village. Only did 12x.21mi and warm up was cut way short as I was short on time. I included a longer cool down since I didn't run more hills. Pretty consistent up the hill. Butt really sore afterward.
