Solid run with Scott. 3x3mi at tempo pace. I was still a little sore this morning so I did the first 3 at current tempo (6:05-6:10ish) and then I wanted to do the second 3 in 5:55ish, but I ended up pulling 5:50s so I am thrilled. Knee didn't bother me in the least. I feel like I'm finally getting back into good tempo shape and now I can start building off of it instead of pulling up short each week like I did for a month or 2.
