Notes

12x200 m with 100m recovery and full recovery after 4x200s. Ran with Scott and Jason. Hamstrings were super tight and tired after this work out and times were a little slower than I would have liked to see (33s for each 200) but for my first shorter-than-400m speed work, I am happy with the result.
