Notes

First pool run at Bell Center. It was a little awkward at first but I got the hang of it and was pushing hard for about 10-12 minutes. It loosened up the hip/sciatic the flared during the swim and I felt great afterward. Didn't feel very aerobic exercisey though. I was not breathing hard but for a few minutes.
