Notes

3 mi warm up, 8 at gmp+15, 9 at gmp. Ran with Capital Striders. Ran 12.5 and took a quick water stop. Felt good until around mile 15-16 and was tired after that, but I am still happy I was able to push it this fast even with relatively high humidity.
