Notes

Supposed to be an easy 10 today (taking Tuesday's workout and moving it to today, pushing every thing else back a day), but decided to push a little bit on the new path. Legs felt good for 4 miles of the push but the 5th was hard. It was humid and about 75, but not sunny so that helped. Hopefully I can rock this kind of a workout when it cools down. Legs felt great for 8 miles, but struggled the last two. Got adjusted yesterday by Dr. Aaron and legs felt loose, but a little twitchy still.
