Notes

3x1 mi intervals with 800m recovery at South Eugene HS track. Legs felt great until the last couple laps of the 3rd mile. I wanted to introduce some speed back into them for the 5k on the 4th of July, and I'm happy with this run except I wish I would have been able to keep the speed up.
