Notes

Long easy run on Southern Bike Path. It was cool (55ish) this morning. Run felt great...legs were loose and I have to constantly pull back because I naturally wanted to go faster. Ran entire time, drank at miles 6, 9, and 12 and ate a G chew at 9. No digestion problems yet as I prepare for food and drink intake for the race.
