Notes

Run along Sailorville Lake. 11 miles easy, 7 mile progression, and then cool down to the finish. Katy rode her bike and until the turn-around, my left hamstring and knee were bothering me slightly, but felt much better during the progression. Happy with the run and big confidence booster leading to NYC since the injury at Victoria.
